About the role

Digital Refresh Networks is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join its hybrid team in Marol, Mumbai. You will collaborate with marketing, brand, and content teams to create consistent, on‑brand visual assets that resonate across digital and print platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, illustrations, social media posts, campaign visuals, and print collateral.
• Maintain and evolve the visual language of multiple brands with fresh concepts.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and digital innovations to keep work modern.
• Ensure all designs are pixel‑perfect, follow brand guidelines, and are optimized for their intended platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while preserving high quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven graphic design experience; agency background is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a clear design process.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
