Graphic Designer

About the role

Studio Blanc, a design‑led creative agency in Bangalore, is looking for a Graphic Designer to turn brand briefs into compelling visual experiences. You will own projects from concept to final hand‑off across digital, print, social and motion media.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design campaigns, brand identities, packaging, editorial layouts and digital assets.
• Edit and produce video content for social, brand films and product reels using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Develop visual systems – logos, typography, colour palettes and grid structures – that align with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, photographers, videographers and stylists to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices.
• Present design solutions to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain high standards of typography, composition, colour and motion across all deliverables.
• Explore new tools, including AI‑assisted generators and 3D motion graphics.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional design experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and accept constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Curiosity about emerging design technologies and AI tools.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Figma (preferred).
• Video editing and basic sound design.
• Familiarity with AI‑generated content tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or Runway.
