Graphic Designer – Hospitality & Adventure Brand

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join Della Resorts & Adventure’s marketing team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for producing visual assets that support the brand’s luxury‑hospitality and adventure experiences across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, brochures, event collateral, signage, email campaigns and in‑resort communication materials.
• Develop and maintain brand‑consistent visual identities for new initiatives and sub‑brands.
• Prepare print‑ready files, source imagery and adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, events and operations teams to translate briefs into effective design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and support photo/video shoots with design input.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with brand guidelines and campaign timelines.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing work for hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for on‑site collaboration.
