About the role

Floor Gardens - India is seeking a creative Designer to join its team in Alleppey, Kerala. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on producing high‑quality visual concepts that align with the company’s standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create graphic designs for various projects and marketing materials.
• Develop creative solutions that meet project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Research industry trends and incorporate current design best practices.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from team members.
• Deliver final design assets within established timelines.

Required profile

• Strong visual and aesthetic sense with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and adapt to feedback.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior professional experience in a similar design role is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
