Graphic Designer – Full-time On-site

About the role

Marketing Mojito is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to own the visual identity of high‑growth brands. You will work on fast‑paced campaigns, combining classic design principles with modern AI tools to deliver high‑impact assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting visuals for Meta ads, LinkedIn carousels, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Strategy Lead to create and evolve brand identities, including logos, guidelines, and typography.
• Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney and Photoshop Generative Fill to accelerate production and produce light motion graphics or GIFs.
• Produce clean, responsive banners and landing‑page assets; Figma experience is a plus.
• Manage multiple client mandates while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in an agency or high‑pace environment.
• Strong sense of design for ROI – data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, deadline‑focused setting.
