Graphic Designer (Full-time)

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to translate ideas into compelling visual communication across digital and social platforms. The role involves creating fresh, on‑brand designs while collaborating with copywriters, social media teams and account managers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, websites, and other brand communication.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, social media teams, and account managers to develop campaign ideas.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually engaging designs.
• Create static posts, carousels, banners, campaign creatives, and other digital assets.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while bringing fresh visual ideas.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.
• Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and digital content formats.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Take feedback positively and incorporate revisions efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, advertising, media, or creative environment.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create designs from scratch rather than relying on templates.
• Strong creative thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
