Graphic Designer – Email Campaigns for E‑commerce

About the role

Syncopated Marketing is a fast‑growing email marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands scale through strategic campaigns and automations. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn brand strategy into scroll‑stopping email designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design mobile‑first, conversion‑focused email campaigns for eCommerce brands.
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts.
• Create reusable components and Figma templates for faster future execution.
• Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy and layout, not just execute designs.
• Stay updated on design trends, best practices in email and ads, and what’s working in the DTC space.

Required profile

• 2–8 years of design experience, ideally for eCommerce brands.
• Proficiency in Figma (a plus).
• Strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and colour.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly.
• Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs.
• Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms.
