Graphic Designer – Digital & Social Media

About the role

Cracker Media is seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong visual sense and solid design fundamentals to create engaging content for digital, social media and brand communications. The position is suited to candidates with 1.5‑2 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative, content and strategy teams to develop visual concepts and campaign ideas.
• Design static and animated social media assets such as posts, carousels, stories, reels and digital ads.
• Create brand collateral including logos, guidelines, packaging, emailers, newsletters and presentations.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos and basic motion graphics for social platforms.
• Utilise AI‑assisted tools for ideation, image generation and visual exploration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 1.5–2 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio covering branding, social media and digital campaigns.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
