Graphic Designer – Digital & Print Marketing

About the role

Paytm is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to craft compelling visual assets for both digital and offline marketing initiatives. You will work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to ensure brand consistency across consumer campaigns and partner communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging digital creatives for campaigns, festive promotions, and partner communications.
• Create social media assets, banners, emailers, presentations, landing‑page visuals, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop offline branding materials such as posters, standees, tent cards, brochures, and in‑store assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate briefs into impactful designs while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Use Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to prototype and deliver high‑quality assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and proactively suggest fresh ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field.
• 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in consumer internet, fintech, e‑commerce or an agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
