Graphic Designer – Creative Design & Animation

About the role

WSP India is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the GCC UK Specialists team. You will create high‑quality visual assets, reports and interactive content for next‑generation clients, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Produce branded reports, graphics, animations (GIFs), interactive PDFs and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop outline concepts into polished designs that meet agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with the UK team, contribute ideas in brainstorms and present concepts.
• Maintain a well‑organized library of assets, labeling and storing files systematically.
• Act as the primary design contact for the UK business, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong creative and innovative thinking with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to guide stakeholders through the creative process.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and understanding of bids and tenders.
