Graphic Designer – Brand & Packaging Specialist

About the role

Moromaa, an Indian D2C personal‑care brand inspired by Moroccan rituals, is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to shape its visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints. You will work directly with the founder and the content team, turning high‑level ideas into polished, on‑brand assets that drive conversion and reinforce a premium aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Produce end‑to‑end design output for social media, paid ads, and marketing campaigns aligned with conversion goals.
• Lead packaging design from concept through to print‑ready files for current and future SKUs.
• Create and manage all print and physical collateral for offline events, activations, and brand partnerships.
• Maintain visual consistency across every brand touchpoint, both digital and physical.
• Turn creative requests around quickly without compromising quality.
• Proactively flag design or brand‑consistency risks before they become issues.

Required profile

• A portfolio that includes packaging or label design, demonstrating experience beyond social media graphics.
• Comfort working in a small, fast‑moving team with limited supervision.
• Strong understanding of premium/luxury visual language, especially for beauty and personal‑care products.
• Ability to interpret rough directions and deliver polished, on‑brand results.
