Graphic Designer – Brand & Digital Assets

About the role

Maayasthra, a design studio focused on visual experiences, is seeking a Graphic Designer who can turn abstract ideas into clear, impactful creative output. You will work on high‑visibility brand assets across digital platforms, maintaining a strong and consistent design language.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually strong, concept‑driven designs that communicate ideas effectively.
• Demonstrate expertise in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across all outputs.
• Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand identity.
• Develop versatile design solutions for various formats and use cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life with clarity and precision.
• Iterate quickly while maintaining high design quality.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools, applying them thoughtfully.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience (or a strong portfolio).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and formats.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator and Figma (non‑negotiable).
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver work independently.
• Experience with brand guidelines or design systems is a plus.
• Willingness to explore AI tools and continuously improve design skills.
