Graphic Designer (1-3 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual instincts with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI‑powered design tools to produce compelling assets for digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging marketing creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, banners, and presentations.
• Create brand‑consistent visuals for product launches, performance marketing, CRM campaigns, and other initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Develop illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual assets as needed.
• Maintain brand guideline consistency across all deliverables and prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying updated on design trends and AI‑driven workflows.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across multiple platforms.
• Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and high‑quality execution.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
