Graduate Trainee – School Partnerships (Sales & Marketing)

About the role

Adventors.AI is seeking energetic graduate trainees to build and manage partnerships with schools across the Gondia and Nagpur territories. The role combines sales, marketing and relationship management to promote AI, coding and future-skills programmes for K-12 education.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach schools, schedule meetings with principals, directors and trustees.
• Present Adventors.AI’s School Transformation Programme and conduct product demonstrations.
• Generate qualified leads, negotiate partnership terms and support contract closure and onboarding.
• Organise AI awareness sessions, parent orientation programmes and education events to raise brand visibility.
• Maintain regular communication with partner schools, gather feedback and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activity, track local education trends and provide market insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with confidence presenting to senior school officials.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Customer-centric mindset with disciplined follow-up skills.
