Graduate Nurse – Patient Care & Support

About the role

We are seeking recent graduates with BSc, MSc, GNM or DGNM qualifications to join our healthcare team. You will provide compassionate patient care, support daily activities, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and assist patients with daily living activities.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress with doctors, patients, and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document health status changes.
• Administer prescribed medications while observing for side effects.
• Respond to medical emergencies, including CPR and first aid, following established protocols.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of basic nursing concepts and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for regular interaction with patients and families.
• High attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Professionalism and empathy when caring for patients with challenging health issues.
