About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth India as a Graduate Management Trainee in Engineering & Application. Over a 12‑month period you will receive a blend of on‑the‑job and classroom training focused on hydraulics and industrial automation, while gaining exposure to cross‑functional and cross‑location projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in hands‑on projects related to drive and control solutions across mobile, industrial and factory automation sectors.
• Assist senior engineers in designing, testing and commissioning hydraulic and automation systems.
• Support the development of digital and IoT‑enabled solutions for smart factories.
• Collaborate with teams across India to deliver tailored solutions for customers.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong interest in high‑tech engineering and willingness to build a career in the sector.
• Entrepreneurial and result‑oriented mindset with leadership potential.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and travel across India as required.
