GPS & ADAS Technician – Fleet Tracking & Vehicle Systems

About the role

We are seeking a GPS & ADAS Technician to install, test and support GPS tracking and advanced driver‑assistance systems on fleet vehicles. The role involves hands‑on work with vehicle electrical systems and coordination with Fleet‑X and Omnicomm platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure GPS tracking devices in a variety of fleet vehicles.
• Install, test, calibrate and support ADAS components such as cameras, radar, collision‑warning and lane‑assist systems.
• Perform vehicle electrical wiring, fuse connections and sensor installations following wiring diagrams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot GPS, ADAS and vehicle electrical issues using multimeters, diagnostic scanners and calibration tools.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and vehicle layout schematics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to activate and verify system functionality.
• Provide field support, attend breakdown calls and maintain accurate installation and service records.
• Travel to client sites as required for installations and maintenance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with GPS device installation and telematics systems.
• Basic to good understanding of ADAS technologies.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering, Electrical or Electronics.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently in the field.
• Good coordination and basic communication skills.
