GPP Consultant – Global PayPlus Payments Configuration

About the role

As a GPP Consultant within Infosys’ consulting team, you will work on the Global PayPlus (GPP) payment system, focusing on cards and payments product configuration. You will diagnose client issues, design innovative solutions, and lead implementation activities to ensure successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and identify improvement areas in payment processes.
• Design and configure Global PayPlus solutions according to functional specifications.
• Conduct conference‑room pilots, proof‑of‑concept workshops and product demonstrations.
• Prepare effort estimates and proposals that align with client budgets and Infosys financial guidelines.
• Lead small‑scale projects and contribute to unit‑level initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical queries during deployment.
