Gold Loan Audit Team Member (Jodhpur)

About the role

Aditya Birla Capital Limited is seeking a dedicated Team Member to join its Gold Loan Audit function in Jodhpur. The role involves conducting audits of gold loan portfolios across branches, products and channels to identify and mitigate credit, regulatory, financial and operational risks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute gold loan audits as assigned, covering new and existing branches.
• Assess controls over the entire lifecycle of gold loans in line with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify control gaps, recommend improvements and support remediation actions.
• Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with collection teams and other functions to ensure effective risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience in collection or related functions for mid‑market/corporate customers.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to travel for on‑ground collection and audit activities.

Required skills

• Technical proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Familiarity with fraud detection systems.
