Gold Loan Audit Team Member

About the role

The Gold Loan Audit Team Member will support Aditya Birla Capital in identifying and mitigating credit, regulatory, financial and operational risks associated with gold loan products. This role involves conducting audits across branches, products and channels to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute gold loan audits as assigned, covering new and existing branches, products and channels.
• Identify credit and related risks, propose remediation actions, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal audit standards.
• Provide independent assurance on risk management controls throughout the gold loan lifecycle.
• Highlight control weaknesses and recommend systemic improvements.
• Document findings and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience in collection for mid‑market or corporate customers.
• Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
• Process‑oriented mindset with innovative approach.
• Stakeholder management and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel for on‑ground collection activities.

Required skills

• Technical proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS).
