Gold Loan Audit Team Member

About the role

Aditya Birla Capital Limited is seeking a dedicated Team Member to join its Gold Loan Audit function in Jaipur. The role focuses on executing audits of gold loan portfolios, identifying and mitigating credit, regulatory, financial and operational risks across branches, products and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct gold loan audits for new and existing branches as assigned, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Identify control weaknesses, assess risk exposure, and recommend systemic improvements to strengthen risk management.
• Provide independent, objective assurance on the effectiveness of controls throughout the gold loan lifecycle.
• Prepare audit reports, communicate findings to stakeholders, and support remediation actions.
• Travel to branch locations as needed to perform on‑ground collection and audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience in collection for mid‑market or corporate clients.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and high ethical standards.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
• Process‑oriented mindset with an innovative approach.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and understand complex deal structures.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site audit work.
