About the role

Join Aditya Birla Capital Limited as a Gold Loan Audit Team Member in Jodhpur. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of gold loan portfolios across branches, ensuring compliance with regulatory, financial, and operational standards while identifying and mitigating credit risks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute gold loan audits for new and existing branches, products, and channels as assigned.
• Identify credit, regulatory, financial, and operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Assess controls throughout the entire lifecycle of gold loans in line with internal audit standards and best practices.
• Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with branch teams and other departments to implement systemic improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience in collection for mid‑market or corporate clients.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.
• Process‑oriented mindset with an innovative approach.
• Willingness to travel for on‑ground collection activities.

Required skills

• Technical proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Experience using fraud detection systems.
