About the role

We are looking for a dedicated GNM Nurse to join our healthcare team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients and support medical staff in delivering quality healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with daily activities, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and observe for side effects or reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts to support effective treatment.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.

Required profile

• Possess a nursing degree, preferably with GNM training.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and families.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
