About the role

The Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter will drive end‑to‑end hiring across multiple international markets, ensuring AVASO attracts high‑performing talent that aligns with its strategic objectives and culture. This role supports rapid company growth by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews across time zones, and acting as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑lifecycle recruitment for diverse global positions, from sourcing to offer delivery.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate interview schedules across different time zones to provide a seamless experience.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire and source effectiveness.
• Communicate AVASO’s value proposition to external prospects and act as a liaison throughout the selection process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 0.6–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a global or fast‑paced environment.
• HR certification such as SHRM‑CP or PHR is a plus.

Required skills

• Boolean searching and social media sourcing.
• Data management and familiarity with global recruitment best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams.
