Global Senior Equity Specialist, Payroll

About the role

Pebl’s Global Senior Equity Specialist, Payroll will administer and manage global equity compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience while partnering with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Administer global equity programs such as RSUs, stock options and Tokens.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting for equity events.
• Maintain equity data in Pebl’s proprietary GWP system and reconcile equity transactions with payroll and finance.
• Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements and support internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation for equity administration.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for employee inquiries and support HR‑led education and communications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in equity administration, stock‑plan administration or compensation operations.
• Strong understanding of equity award types, taxation of equity compensation and payroll integration points.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance frameworks (SOC preferred).
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
