Global Product Marketing

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Global Product Marketing professional to shape market entry strategies, define product positioning, and drive revenue growth across multiple semiconductor segments. The role is based in Bangalore and works closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain Market Requirements Specifications (MRS), business plans, value propositions, product positioning, and winning product definitions.
• Lead market entry strategies, customer engagement plans, technology roadmap alignment, and new application development for Memory, Foundry, Logic, Advanced Packaging, and ICAPS segments.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, and third‑party industry reports to shape business strategy and go‑to‑market plans.
• Conduct TAM, SAM, and SOM assessments, including ROI benchmarking and pricing analysis to maximize market penetration and profitability.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to ensure alignment of product strategy and GTM execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in market analysis, product marketing, GTM strategy, business planning, or product management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
