Global Product Manager - Respiratory Accessories

About the role

The Global Product Manager for Respiratory Accessories will own the roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy for an existing portfolio, driving margin, lifecycle performance and market adoption across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution of the claims roadmap, prioritising validated claims based on market trends, regulatory requirements and competitor activity.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and lead advisory boards and educational initiatives to enhance product credibility.
• Collaborate with regional cross‑functional teams to develop channel strategies and robust go‑to‑market plans.
• Evaluate market performance using advanced analytics to adjust strategies and improve competitiveness.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring quality, timeliness and alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing or related commercial/strategic roles within medical devices or health technology.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent.
• Experience with accessories, consumables, sustaining products and regulated portfolio management (FDA, EU MDR).
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects meeting cost, quality and launch targets.
• Willingness to travel >10% domestically and globally.
