Global Procurement Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Global Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing activities across the EMEA region. The role will drive cost savings, additional value, and compliance while partnering with internal stakeholders, legal, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the 7‑step sourcing process and deliver year‑over‑year cost savings and contract coverage.
• Own end‑to‑end strategic sourcing, from stakeholder intake to contract negotiation and management.
• Conduct supplier selection, negotiations, and award decisions aligned with business, cost, compliance, and sustainability goals.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts in partnership with legal and category leads.
• Manage supplier onboarding, financial due diligence, scorecard setup, and reference checks.
• Oversee eSourcing and contract‑management tools, driving automation, digitisation, and dashboarding.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain high‑quality documentation.
• Coach junior procurement team members and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Collaborate with global category teams to develop sub‑category strategies and conduct business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• 8‑10 years of procurement buyer or category‑management experience, preferably in a global matrix organisation.
• Strong experience working with EMEA stakeholders and multiple indirect procurement categories.
• Proven strategic sourcing expertise from sourcing through contract execution.
