Global Industry Communications Supervising Associate

About the role

This position is part of the Communications and Engagement pillar within EY Global Delivery Services. The Supervising Associate will coordinate internal communications for two Global Industry groups, ensuring messages align with EY’s industry priorities and enablement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a communications calendar for each Industry and its Sectors.
• Collaborate with Global Industry leaders and GDS counselors to create and deploy consistent internal communications.
• Produce communications toolkits, messaging guides, and collateral for BMC colleagues.
• Schedule and manage logistics for internal webcasts across Industry groups.
• Track communications activity, analyse data with tools such as PoliteMail, and report ROI and impact.
• Present regional feedback to global communications teams and influence planning.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to additional Industry groups as needed.

Required profile

• Strong written and editorial skills for internal audiences.
• Experience managing communications calendars and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring communication effectiveness.

Required skills

• PoliteMail (or similar internal email analytics tool)
