Global Human Resources Manager

About the role

TAC Security is seeking a seasoned Global Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across the United States, Canada, India, and Greece. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with CXOs, Country Heads, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders, you will shape a scalable, high‑performance organization that supports the company’s rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with business objectives, establishing standardized policies, processes, systems, and governance.
• Oversee HR management in each country, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, payroll, benefits, hiring, termination, and employee relations.
• Lead global talent acquisition for technology, cybersecurity, product, engineering, sales, finance, legal, and corporate functions, building leadership pipelines and strengthening the employer brand.
• Manage global payroll and compensation, ensuring accurate salary processing, designing compensation structures, and creating bonus, incentive, and retention programs.
• Create and maintain global HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks, partnering with finance and external payroll providers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing HR operations in the United States, Canada, India, and Greece.
• Deep knowledge of local employment practices, HR compliance, payroll, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership, including CEOs, CXOs, and country heads, to drive strategic workforce initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of building scalable HR processes in a multinational environment.
