Global Finance Training Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Global Finance Training Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of learning solutions supporting the Polaris finance transformation programme. Reporting to the Global Finance Training Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end enablement strategy and manage a team of instructional designers to ensure user readiness across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global Finance Training Lead in executing the learning and enablement strategy for the Polaris programme.
• Lead and develop a team of instructional designers and training developers to deliver high‑quality learning assets on schedule.
• Own the instructional design strategy, creating role‑based e‑learning, instructor‑led, virtual and performance‑support content.
• Define and drive the Digital Adoption Platform strategy using Oracle Guided Learning, WalkMe or Whatfix to embed learning in user workflows.
• Establish content governance, quality standards and manage the LMS repository and learning analytics.
• Measure adoption, engagement and proficiency metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations to programme leadership.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Change Enablement within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record of leading learning workstreams for ERP, Oracle Cloud or finance transformation programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing learning teams in a global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leadership.

• Instructional Design and adult learning methodologies.

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting.
• Learning analytics and adoption metric analysis.
• Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, EPM) knowledge.
