GIS Analyst – Digital Solutions

About the role

AECOM is seeking a talented GIS Analyst to join its Digital Solutions team in Bengaluru. The role supports infrastructure, water, utilities and environmental projects through GIS database development, spatial analysis, dashboard creation and GIS‑CAD integration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage GIS databases and geospatial datasets using ArcGIS Pro.
• Perform spatial data processing, analysis, validation and QA/QC, including satellite imagery and DEM processing.
• Produce high‑quality cartographic products, thematic maps and technical GIS deliverables.
• Create and maintain ArcGIS Dashboards and web‑based GIS applications for project monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
• Integrate GIS data with CAD using AutoCAD Map 3D and support preparation of utility, infrastructure and environmental drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in GIS and CAD‑related roles, preferably supporting water, wastewater, utility or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and technical documentation skills.
