German Language Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate German Language Trainer to deliver high‑quality instruction to candidates preparing for international careers. The role involves creating engaging classroom experiences, developing structured lesson plans, and guiding learners toward proficiency and certification success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver German language training across beginner to advanced levels.
• Plan, prepare, and conduct interactive classroom sessions.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, practice exercises, and assessments.
• Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and maintain attendance and performance records.
• Prepare students for Goethe examinations and other proficiency tests.
• Conduct mock tests, revision sessions, and ensure curriculum completion according to schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Goethe‑Zertifikat C1 certification (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience as a German Language Trainer, with classroom training experience.
• Experience preparing students for Goethe examinations is preferred.
• Ability to teach adult learners and simplify complex language concepts.

Required skills

• Excellent command of German (C1 level or above).
• Proficiency with digital teaching tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and online teaching platforms.
