German Language Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified German Language Trainer to deliver classroom‑based instruction to adult learners across our sites in Gujarat, Chennai, and Bangalore. The role focuses on applying CEFR‑aligned teaching methods to help participants achieve proficiency from B2 to C1 levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging German language courses for adult learners.
• Assess learners' progress and provide feedback aligned with CEFR standards.
• Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
• Maintain a supportive classroom environment and adapt instruction to varying proficiency levels.
• Participate in internal language assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 4 to 7 years of experience in adult language training.
• German language certification ranging from B2 to C1, with C1 preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to apply CEFR‑aligned teaching methodology.
• Willingness to conduct on‑site classroom sessions at the assigned locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in German (B2–C1 level).
