Generative AI & Full Stack Engineer - Goa

About the role

We are seeking a Generative AI & Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver scalable web applications that embed cutting‑edge generative AI capabilities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn business problems into AI‑driven solutions for real‑world impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI‑powered applications using APIs and tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Develop scalable front‑end and back‑end solutions with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Create chatbots, AI agents, automation workflows, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) applications.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code while influencing architecture and technical decisions.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and tools to identify practical implementation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Design, and other development teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Practical experience integrating Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript; basic to intermediate Python is a plus.
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, Git, and modern software development practices.
