General Surgeon (Full-time, Jaipur)

About the role

The General Surgeon will deliver comprehensive surgical care at a hospital in Jaipur. This full‑time, on‑site position involves collaborating with physicians, nurses and home‑care teams to ensure seamless patient management before, during and after surgery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Plan, perform and document a wide range of surgical procedures.
• Manage peri‑operative and post‑operative care, including patient monitoring and follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to clinical decision‑making.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and educate patients and families to optimise recovery.

Required profile

• Recognised MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in General Surgery.
• Valid medical licence/registration as per Indian regulations.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and provide patient‑centred, ethical care.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment and capacity to operate in a high‑responsibility, on‑site environment.
• Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings; home‑care coordination experience is a plus.
