About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our premium fine‑dining restaurant in Goa. The role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and manage day‑to‑day operations of the fine‑dining outlet.
- Lead, coach and develop the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure guest relations are handled with professionalism and care.
- Control food and beverage costs and uphold standard operating procedures.
- Drive service excellence and maintain the restaurant’s premium brand image.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in fine‑dining restaurant management.
- Degree from a recognized Institute of Hotel Management (IHM).
- Strong leadership, team‑management and guest‑relations capabilities.
- Based in Goa or Delhi, or willing to travel for an interview; immediate joiner preferred.

- In‑depth knowledge of food & beverage operations.
- Cost‑control and SOP implementation expertise.
- Commitment to service excellence.
