General Laborer

About the role

We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to support daily operations on construction sites. You will perform a variety of manual tasks, keep the work area clean and safe, and assist skilled tradespeople as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Collect trash, debris and hazardous material to maintain site cleanliness and safety.
• Assist welders, carpenters, painters and other tradespeople on‑site.
• Handle and transport materials such as cement and equipment like drills and grinders.
• Operate power tools and machinery, including forklifts, when required.
• Follow supervisor instructions for tasks such as digging, stacking goods, and setting up temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding).
• Place warning signs, cones and other safety markers for vehicles and pedestrians.
• Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions promptly.

Required profile

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads.
• Strong focus on safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to concentrate on repetitive manual tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
