General Duty Assistant – Home Healthcare

About the role

Acurax Care is looking for compassionate General Duty Assistants to provide day‑to‑day support to patients in their homes across Delhi NCR. You will help ensure patients’ comfort, hygiene, safety and overall well‑being while working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, feeding and companionship.
• Maintain a clean and safe care environment in the patient’s home.
• Follow hygiene and safety practices and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the supervising healthcare professional.
• Adhere to institutional policies, maintain professional conduct and respond promptly to operational needs.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Punctual, reliable, responsible and compassionate attitude toward patients and families.
• Previous experience in healthcare, home care or patient assistance is preferred but not mandatory; freshers are welcome.
