GenAI Engineer – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a GenAI Engineer to design, build, and scale production‑grade Generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact across enterprise operations. You will translate complex business challenges into intelligent, LLM‑powered applications such as copilots, conversational agents, document‑intelligence platforms, and AI‑driven automation tightly integrated with core enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy GenAI solutions on Azure OpenAI Service and AWS Bedrock, selecting appropriate foundation models (GPT‑4o, Claude, Titan, Llama, Mistral) for each use case.
• Build, configure, and publish enterprise copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent low‑code/pro‑code frameworks, integrating with M365, Teams, SharePoint, and Dataverse.
• Architect Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, or Pinecone.
• Design prompt‑engineering strategies (few‑shot, chain‑of‑thought, system instructions) to optimise LLM output quality.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities with SAP S/4HANA via OData APIs, SAP Business Accelerator Hub connectors, and event‑driven architectures (SAP Event Mesh, BTP).
• Develop and maintain secure API layers (REST, GraphQL) linking AI services to ERP, CRM, and operational data sources.
• Collaborate with product managers, SAP functional teams, backend engineers, and cloud architects to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, cost‑efficient, and ready for enterprise‑scale adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience building production‑grade Generative AI applications.
• Strong background in enterprise system integration, particularly with SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to work hands‑on with both managed and open‑source LLM platforms.
