Gen Z Youth Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Gen Z Youth Engagement Specialist to design and lead programs that connect with young audiences. The role blends digital awareness, community building, and social impact to empower and inspire Gen Z across online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute engaging campaigns, workshops, webinars, and events for Gen Z audiences.
• Build and nurture youth communities both on social media platforms and in physical settings.
• Create compelling content for digital platforms that promotes mental wellness, cyber safety, and digital wellbeing.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges, NGOs, and youth organisations to expand outreach.
• Gather youth insights and translate them into meaningful initiatives.
• Monitor emerging trends and identify new opportunities for engagement.

Required profile

• Strong interest in youth engagement, psychology, social impact, or digital culture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and social media.
• Good understanding of Gen Z culture, trends, and digital platforms.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to connect naturally with young people and understand their perspectives.
