About the role

The General Duty Assistant (GDA) / Nursing Staff member will join our healthcare team in a full‑time, on‑site capacity. Working under the supervision of qualified medical professionals, you will help deliver safe and compassionate patient care in a hospital or clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with basic nursing procedures and monitor vital signs as directed.
• Support patients with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, hygiene, and safety.
• Prepare and organize patient areas, maintaining cleanliness and infection‑control standards.
• Document observations accurately and relay information to medical and administrative teams.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues to facilitate high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Strong patient‑care and caregiving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of nursing and medical practices to assist under supervision.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Relevant certification or training as a General Duty Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or equivalent.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain records, and uphold hygiene standards.
• Empathy, patience, and willingness to work in shifts.
• Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar setting is preferred.
