GCC Shift Business Development Executive – Remote (Bangalore)

About the role

Codeyoung is looking for a full‑time Business Development Executive to work on a GCC shift from HSR Layout, Bangalore. The role is remote and supports international markets, handling both inbound and outbound leads to drive enrollment for our coding courses for children and teens.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective learners and guardians through online consultations, demos, calls, emails and messaging platforms.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM tools.
• Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates and refine sales scripts.
• Gather prospect feedback and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation and closing.
• Customer‑service mindset, able to handle queries and concerns professionally.
• Comfortable using online meeting tools, CRM software and spreadsheets.
• Organised, able to manage multiple leads and meet targets consistently.
• Prior experience in EdTech, inside sales, telecalling or B2C sales is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work GCC shift hours and a six‑day workweek in a remote setting.
