Functional Analyst - SAP HCM

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Analyst specialized in SAP HCM to join our Application Services team supporting Airbus customers. The role involves understanding core HR processes, linking them with other SAP modules, and delivering high-quality service to aircraft manufacturing and production clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class support to Airbus end-users and ensure timely resolution of incidents and change requests.
• Conduct working sessions with functional heads to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Configure SAP HCM solutions (PA, OM, PD, ESS/MSS, authorizations) according to industry standards.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and demonstrate configurations through prototyping.
• Follow SAP implementation methodology, report project status and assist the Project Manager.
• Participate in SAP certification, training events and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Deliver consulting for new implementations as well as ongoing support projects.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Graduate with 6-7 years of SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Successfully delivered at least one to two end-to-end HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, ESS/MSS portals and user authorizations.
• Hands-on experience with inbound/outbound interfaces, LSMW and data-migration activities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-facing experience, preferably with European clients.
• Result-oriented attitude and ability to work independently.
