About the role

Chester's Paw Pet Care is looking for a dedicated Pet Care Assistant (NDR) to join our team in the Greater Delhi Area. This full‑time, on‑site position involves daily hands‑on care for a variety of companion animals, ensuring they receive safe, compassionate, and reliable service while their owners are away.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scheduled dog walks, feeding, fresh water, and basic grooming support.
• Engage pets in enrichment activities such as playtime and positive interaction.
• Follow client‑specific care instructions and monitor pet behavior and health.
• Report any concerns promptly to management and pet guardians.
• Maintain clean and safe environments, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Assist with scheduling, check‑ins, and basic record‑keeping for each visit.

Required profile

• Comfortable and experienced working directly with dogs, cats, and other small companion animals.
• Reliable punctuality, consistent on‑site availability, and flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional interaction with clients and team members.
• Physical ability to walk dogs of various sizes, perform light lifting, and stay on feet for extended periods.
• Basic education completed and comfortable using mobile devices or apps for scheduling and updates.
