Full‑time On‑site Cashier

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Pune Division of Logistik 3A Educación Ejecutiva. The Cashier ensures smooth front‑office operations by handling cash and electronic payments, issuing receipts, and keeping accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily cash and electronic transactions and issue receipts.
• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift and prepare basic payment reports.
• Collect fees and charges in line with company policies.
• Assist visitors, learners, and partners with payment‑related inquiries and provide clear pricing information.
• Direct individuals to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow internal controls, security procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Ability to manage cash, operate point‑of‑sale systems, and process electronic payments accurately.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and basic data‑entry skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with learners and visitors.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to meet daily closing deadlines.
• Integrity, reliability, and commitment to financial controls and confidentiality.
• Prior experience in cashiering, front‑desk, or customer‑service roles preferred; experience in an educational setting is a plus.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional coursework in accounting or finance is beneficial.
