Fullstack (React JS + Node JS) Engineer

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Fullstack Engineer to design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end features using ReactJS on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. You will translate product requirements into clean, maintainable code while collaborating with designers, QA, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver full‑stack features, building reusable UI components and backend services.
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs with proper validation, error handling, and security.
• Write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, and optimise performance for both frontend rendering and backend response times.
• Contribute to AI‑enabled enhancements such as intelligent recommendations or workflow automation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, asynchronous programming, and modern frontend patterns.
• Experience building and consuming APIs, state management, testing practices, debugging, and Git version control.
• Relevant degree (BE, ME, BTech, MTech, MCA, MSc, MBA) or equivalent practical experience.
