About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waitress to join our on‑site team at Van Rasa in Kasauli. This full‑time position involves greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages with a courteous attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Set up, clear, and maintain cleanliness of tables and the dining area.
• Handle special requests, process payments, and ensure accurate billing.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and represent the brand positively.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage guests respectfully.
• Experience or familiarity with food‑and‑beverage operations in a restaurant or café.
• Clear communication skills for taking orders and explaining menu items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry trays or plates.
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic English and local language proficiency.
