About the role
Migr8 is seeking a confident, well‑spoken Telecaller to join its Pitampura office. The role involves interacting with students and potential clients over the phone, providing information about Migr8’s courses and services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients.
- Handle incoming calls and share basic information about courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and interested candidates.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for qualified leads.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Freshers can apply; previous telecalling experience is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and professional approach.
