Full-Time Faculty – HR & Organizational Behaviour

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time faculty member to join the Management Studies department of a PGDM program. The successful candidate will teach Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour and related subjects, while contributing to research, accreditation and student development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in HR, OB, industrial relations, leadership and performance management.
• Design curriculum, case studies and innovative teaching materials.
• Mentor PGDM students on projects, dissertations, internships and placement preparation.
• Publish research in Scopus/ABDC/UGC‑CARE indexed journals and present at conferences.
• Participate in funded research proposals, consultancy projects and faculty development programmes.
• Support NBA accreditation and NIRF ranking submissions through data collection and documentation.
• Contribute to academic audits, curriculum reviews and institutional committees.
• Engage with industry for guest lectures, MDPs and corporate collaborations.

Required profile

• PhD in Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour or Management (mandatory).
• MBA/PGDM with HR specialization is preferred.
• 5–7 years of teaching experience in AICTE‑approved PGDM or management institutes.
• Strong record of research publications and participation in academic conferences.
• Familiarity with NBA and NIRF accreditation processes.
